As a hopeless romantic and a bit of a "time is running out" - anxious thinker, photography combines my love for storytelling, and my passion for cherishing the moments we're given.
At heart, I'm a small town girI, born and raised in Uxbridge, Ontario Canada. I spent my childhood playing in the sunshine, dancing in the historic town music hall and being surrounded by all creatures, great and small.
It took a bit of a quarter life crisis for me to step out of my perfectionism to accept and explore my vulnerability and once I discovered I could chanel that into work as a photographer, I was hooked!
So much of what I get to experience in my job is special life moments that people want to remember for the rest of their lives — the hug from your grandma, the childhood joy, the chaos on the dance floor, the quiet moments of connection.
To me, life should be bright and vibrant, and full of feeling. And I treat my work in the same way.
My home base is still Uxbridge, and I travel to tell your stories through the Durham Region, the GTA, Muskoka and beyond!
In the words of (the world's best band) The Jonas Brothers...
"Baby, we're gunna wanna remember this"
